Liberator KH126

Below are a few photographs of the crash site of Liberator KH126 at White's Farm, near Chard in Somerset. The 'plane crashed shortly after take off from Merryfield Airfield on the 22nd November 1945, with the loss of 27 lives.

Merryfield was recommissioned as HMS Heron in 1964 and now has helicopters based there.
